I was brought on to the team to create a compact: Innovative Toolkit Box”,
along with accompanying presentations which were delivered to all Ritz
Carlton locations around the world. The 52 cards included tools, inspirational
messages and strategic exercises helpful in creating creative thinking culture. The
toolkit was instrumental in exercising the idea that true innovation requires collaboration.
